Where Was Samaritan Filmed?
If you love superhero movies, perhaps you have seen Samaritan. The release was delayed several times, and it finally premiered on Prime Video on August 26, 2022.
Where Was Samaritan Filmed?
The filming location of Samaritan was Atlanta, where the production began in February 2020, paused in March due to COVID-19, and resumed in October 2020.
The most widely reported filming spot is Atlanta’s Sweet Auburn district, where the crew shot on Auburn Avenue and Old Wheat Street.
The filmmakers turned Atlanta into Granite City, the run-down fictional city where the story takes place, and used visual effects to extend the streets and skyline.
Atlanta’s streets, with help from visual effects, gave Samaritan its gritty look.
