What Is a Production Binder?
A production binder is the one place a film’s paperwork lives. The breakdown, schedule, budget, call sheets, release forms and daily reports sit together, in the order the shoot needs them.
On a studio feature, the production office keeps it current. On a short film, that job is usually yours. When a location owner asks for the signed release, or rain pushes tomorrow’s night scenes, the answer should be in the binder.

What do I need to fill it in?
Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on any computer, or Preview on a Mac. Click a field and type. The Production Hub needs a free Google account, or use the Excel copies.
Can I print it and put it in a real binder?
Yes. Print single-sided on US Letter. The Printable Binder Kit has a cover insert, spine inserts for 1, 1.5 and 2 inch binders, and tab labels.
I print on A4. Will it work?
The Binder itself is US Letter. The bonus Template Vault in your download has A4 versions of most blank templates.
